🔍We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic campaigns and optimize sales and marketing efforts.

What will you do:
🔹Development and synchronization of marketing strategies to increase sales and market expansion.
🔹Working with potential and existing customers to identify their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
🔹Build partnerships to widen sales channels.
🔹Sales negotiation and deal closing.
🔹Market and competition analysis to spot trends and adapt strategies to market changes.
🔹Management and optimization of marketing channels, including digital marketing and social networks, for effective lead generation.
🔹Monitoring and analysis of marketing and sales to assess ROI and improve strategies.
🔹Promote teamwork between Marketing and Technical teams to improve offerings.

Our candidate should have:
🔹3+ years in sales/marketing, ideally in web hosting/IT.
🔹Skilled in market analysis and strategic planning.
🔹Experienced in crafting effective marketing campaigns.
🔹Proficient with CRM, Google Analytics, and social media tools.
