Team Lead System Administrator

Hello! We are a dynamic multi-brand affiliate program established in 2020, operating within the Tier-1 market segment. We have 2 licenses and 11 own brands.
Currently, we're expanding our technical team and are in search of Team Lead System Administrator.

Who we are looking for:

- 3+ year experience as a System Administrator;
- Proficiency in deploying and configuring operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) on laptops and desktop computers;
- Expert in asset management, including tracking hardware and software inventory using tools OCS Inventory, FusionInventory, GLPI or similar;
- Expert in configuring and managing VPN solutions for secure remote access;
- Knowledge of VPN protocols, encryption standards, and authentication mechanisms;
- Experience with network infrastructure setup, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access point;
- Strong knowledge of network security principles and firewall configurations;
- Expert in centralized user management using OpenLDAP, FreeIPA or similar tools;
- English - Upper-Intermediate.

Your main tasks involve:

- Ensuring new user devices are provisioned with the necessary software, security configurations, and access permissions;
- Overseeing the tracking and management of all company-owned equipment;
- Managing software licenses, tracking installations, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements;
- Configuring and managing VPN solutions for secure remote access to the company's network resources;
- Maintaining and optimizing the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points;
- Configuring and managing tools for centralized user management;
- Leading a team of system administrators, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support to team members.
