Your role will be pivotal in shaping and refining our recruitment processes, significantly contributing to our growth as a market leader in outsourcing and outstaffing services.

Ideal Candidate:
- A professional with a strong background in IT recruitment, possessing an understanding of technology stacks and the ability to discern the applications of various programming languages.
- Familiar with business models in custom software development, outsourcing, and outstaffing.
- Someone who embodies strong leadership skills, enjoys building trustful and fruitful connections, and is adaptable to changing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full hiring cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Recruiting IT specialists ranging from junior to senior levels through diverse channels and sources.
- Executing standard HR processes and managing the employee lifecycle, including document control, leave, and vacation scheduling.
- Establishing a personal approach to each employee, fostering team spirit, and cultivating corporate culture.
- Standardizing HR documentation and maintaining HR and TA processes.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (upper intermediate level or higher).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR / Recruiting, with a focus on software development, consulting, and outsourcing sectors.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in HR Process Documentation or similar roles.
- Proven experience in documenting and maintaining HR documentation.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and audit HR procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Experience in training HR and TA colleagues on HR documentation usage and maintenance.
- Familiarity with document management systems (experience with Atlassian products is advantageous).
