SMM Specialist (Employer Branding) (offline)

We’re searching for a creative and results-oriented SMM Specialist (Employer Branding) to join our team! In this exciting role, you’ll be the architect of our social media presence, crafting a compelling employer brand narrative that attracts top talent and showcases our company culture.

What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to elevate our Employer Brand awareness
- Create engaging and informative content that showcases our company culture and career opportunities
- Partner with the HR team to identify key employer branding needs and goals
- Spearhead engaging social media campaigns to attract qualified candidates
- Analyze social media data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Collaborate with other marketing channels to achieve overarching brand objectives
- Craft and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent content flow
- Generate reports to evaluate the impact of your social media efforts

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an SMM Specialist (Employer Branding experience a plus!)
- A deep understanding of social media best practices and the ability to translate them into a winning Employer Branding strategy
- A knack for creating captivating content that resonates with target audiences
- Proficiency in graphic design tools to create visually engaging social media assets
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
- The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for storytelling
Fluency in Ukrainian and English
