CTO (Blockchain) (offline)

OpenDelta is building the first Bitcoin-backed digital dollar, designed for seamless global value transfers. This dollar operates independently of traditional fiat banking systems, ensuring instant and trustless transactions. In addition to offering the stability of fiat currencies, this synthetic asset uniquely incorporates a built-in mechanism for yield generation, allowing its holders to earn passive income effortlessly.

Project stack: Rust, Go, TypeScript, NextJS, ZMQ, PSQL, Docker, Terraform, TimeScaleDB
Team on the project: Backend Developer, Full Stack Developer, DevOps

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Previous experience on a CTO position or equivalent
• Previous Web3 experience
• Strong knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Rust, Go, and Typescript
• Experience working in a start-up will be a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Upper-intermediate English level

Responsibilities:

• Leading a small team of 3-4 people
• Managing the development roadmap and adjusting it to the business needs
• Support and Implementation of key features
• Architecture Design and Project Planning
• Further team scaling
• Hands-on involvement if needed
