Lead AI Engineer

Main Responsibilities:

β€” Communication with Stakeholders;

β€” Work with RND Team;

β€” Design, develop NLP/ML applications;

β€” Collaborate with a team and client to ensure prompt alignment with project goals and user needs;

β€” Monitor and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement;

β€” Optimize AI prompt generation process to enhance overall system performance;

β€” Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning;

β€” Provide support to teams in understanding prompt engineering best practices;

β€” Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress

 

Requirements:

β€” Experience in Natural Language Processing / Machine Learning;

β€” Proficient in Python and expertise in libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras;

β€” Proven work experience as a AI Prompt Engineer, Data Scientist or similar role(at least 3 years);

β€” English Level β€” Upper-Intermediate Strong β€” priority C1 Level (both spoken, written and reading as well);

β€” Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and familiarity with big data technologies including Hadoop and Spark;

β€” Modelling and DevOps experience for Machine Learning;

β€” Experience with latest LLM models currently being rolled-out in consumer-facing generative AI tools;

β€” Experience with AI tools and APIs like OpenAI (ChatGPT, Dall-e), DeepL or similar;

β€” Experience with LangChain and LangSmith;

* Experience with Docker and deploying APIs to cloud (will be a plus);

β€” Comprehensive understanding of natural language processing, machine learning and AI-generated content development;

* Relevant training and/or certifications in computer science, AI or a related field (will be a plus);

β€” Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

β€” Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;

β€” Ability to dive deep and understand the business side of the project;

β€” Be able to communicate with stakeholders directly and independently;

* Experience in writing academic papers, publications (will be a plus);

* Experience working on healthcare/medical tasks previously (will be a plus);

β€” Provide clear documentation of processes, workflows, recommendations, etc.
