QA Lead

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced QA Lead.
We are currently focused on testing ALFA financials. It would be advantageous if the candidate has prior experience working on ALFA Financial implementation or a similar project, along with expertise in ERP, finance accounting, or banking.

HARD SKILLS:
— Hands-on QA Lead, TOSCA Automation (or its analogues, Testim, Testigma, Leapwork or similar tools) and Manual Tester with at least 8+ combined experience years for SOAP & Rest APIs, Web-based applications and Mainframe systems on Agile projects;
— At least 3 years of hands-on experience in test planning, test preparation and test execution on Agile-based projects;
— At least 5 years of hands-on experience in test planning, test preparation and test execution activities of Web-based applications;
— At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in test planning, test preparation and test execution activities of Mainframe systems;
— Experience with RDBMS database testing (SQL Server, Teradata);
— Proficient with Agile and Waterfall SDLC;
— Experienced with JIRA and qTest tools;
— Proficient in SOAP & Rest based APIs testing methodology and practices;
— Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
— At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English (effective written and verbal communication).

SOFT SKILLS:
— Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
— Be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess the ability to debug and research;
— Able to handle multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, as necessary;
— Possess excellent time-management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
