Accountant (offline)

42DM is a fast-growing digital marketing agency for tech companies and established startups, with hands-on experience in promoting SaaS, fintech, software development, mobile apps, gaming, blockchain & crypto-related services, and online education companies from all over the globe.

We are looking for a trustworthy and motivated person to join our team as an Accountant. In this role, you will manage all our financial transactions, from fixed and variable expenses to budgets and bank deposits. You are expected to work with huge amounts of numerical data, manage multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide complete reports to the management. You should have a good grip on accounting, financial regulations, strong computer skills, and written communication.

Responsibilities:
Perform the day-to-day financial operations within the Company:
🔹Invoices and payables processing and tracking
🔹Recording all transactions
🔹Liaising with banks and payment platforms
🔹Coordinating and liaising with internal parties to support intercompany financial activities
🔹Advising colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the Company’s finances
🔹Payroll payment invoicing, processing, and tracking
🔹Prepare financial management reporting (daily, monthly, etc) if required
🔹Accounting services for Individual Entrepreneurs (FOP) in accordance with Ukrainian legislation - payment processing, accounting and tax reporting, full cycle document flow control (including contracts, invoices, etc., if required)
🔹Provide any other payroll, accounting, or finance-related tasks, as identified.

Ideally, you will have/are:
🔹English level: upper intermediate
🔹Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
🔹2+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis, ideally within the digital advertising or marketing industry
🔹Knowledge of financial reporting
🔹Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
🔹Demonstrated Excel/Google Sheets skills
🔹Analytical skills
🔹Drive to learn fast and a lot
🔹Team orientated, a “can do” attitude, and a flexible approach
Independent/self-starter with high attention to detail.
