Finance and Compliance Manager

MEGAVAST is an international IT company specializing in software development, creating code development tools aimed at automating and managing various aspects of development, and is seeking a Finance and Compliance Manager in Kyiv.

As the Finance & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company's financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall success of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing financial operations, including payroll processing, invoicing, and transactions.
- Developing and forecasting Cash Flow, preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheets.
- Opening and managing bank accounts, conducting financial transactions, ensuring legal compliance.
- Analyzing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance process efficiency.

Requirements:
- 1 years of experience working as a finance manager or in a similar position. 
- Experience in financial management.
- Experience with bank compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High integrity and commitment to professional ethics.
- Attention to detail.
- At least an Intermediate level of English is sufficient to communicate within the team.
