Job Summary: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will build and maintain our infrastructure using Kubernetes, Kafka, and programming languages like Go, Java, C++, or C.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as DevOps

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience with Kubernetes in production environments, including cluster setup, management, and scaling.
Strong knowledge of Kafka protocol, Kafka broker administration, and stream processing.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Java, C++, C) for scripting and automation.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS, and serverless technologies is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Kubernetes Expertise: Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for scalable and reliable containerized applications.
Kafka Administration: Administer Kafka clusters, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Kafka broker configurations.
Programming Skills: Use programming languages to automate tasks, develop tools, and enhance system efficiency.
Infrastructure Automation: Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar tools.
Collaboration: Work with development and operations teams to facilitate seamless code releases and infrastructure changes.
Monitoring and Alerting: Set up and maintain monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) for proactive issue identification.
Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure systems comply with industry standards.
Documentation: Create and update detailed documentation for system architecture, configurations, and procedures.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
