About the Role
As a Machine Learning Research Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing proof of concepts (PoCs) for new ideas and subsequently assisting in creating production pipelines once the PoCs have been validated. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and development efforts in machine learning.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to understand the project requirements and goals.
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address specific problems and challenges.
- Implement and validate proof of concepts for new ideas, leveraging existing libraries and frameworks.
- Perform thorough testing and evaluation of the developed models, ensuring their accuracy and performance.
- Work closely with software engineers to translate validated PoCs into efficient production pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and related fields, and apply that knowledge to improve our solutions.


Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a related role.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, computer vision, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks, preferably in PyTorch
- Strong mathematical and statistical background.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Publication record in reputable conferences or journals in machine learning or related areas.
- Experience with developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles and practices, including version control and agile methodologies.
