We are looking for an Application Support Specialist/DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in MS stack:.Net ASP.NET, MS SQL
Responsibilities:
Server, and WCF to support and maintain legacy Work Order Management app for electricity providers. This role encompasses L2 and L3 request handling ( 60%-70% ) along with some DevOps tasks ( 40%-30%).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in .NET, MS SQL Server, and WCF development.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of TFS and Visual Cron
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a support role or customer-facing position is a plus.
