Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join the Sales team of a stable and reliable product company with a wide range of products and diverse challenges.

About the product
– Must-have tools for database development, data analysis, data management, and server administration
– World-class data connectivity solutions for various data connection technologies and frameworks

Responsibilities
– Search for leads to initiate our campaigns
– Collect information about contacts based on ICP
– Check and correct data in tables
– Validate email addresses
– Prepare the lead database and ensure its accurate loading into the CRM system
– Organize the database and accurately map fields during the data-loading process
– Input the acquired information into the CRM system
– Prepare lead database and accurately load it into outreach services such as reply.io, Expandi, or Lemlist
– Add leads to automated email sequences
– Conduct research to identify inbound leads and incorporate them into the sequences of automated email campaigns
– Meet monthly KPIs for lead quantity and quality

Requirements
– 1+ year of working experience in a similar position
– Intermediate English level or higher
– Technical background (must have)
– Experience with basic outreach services (reply.io, expandi, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
– Experience with basic information services (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, etc.)
– Strong ability to quickly analyze and synthesize complex information
– Experience with Excel
– Attention to detail, responsibility, diligence
– Ability to quickly learn
– Analytical mindset
