Business Analyst

SmartyAds is a global product company which specializes in development of AdTech products and operating its own full-stack programmatic ecosystem that comprises SSP, DSP, and AdExchange.

We are currently looking for an ambitious professional to fill a position of Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst you will be on track of all the important industry changes and company updates, make sure we become early adopters of the important frameworks and significant changes in our fast-moving industry.

Our ideal candidate has:
— Proficiency in Google Drive tools and MS Excel;
— English: Upper-Intermediate and above;
— Certifications in Business Analysis will be a plus;
— Experience in conducting technical researches at a deep level, making conclusions and having demonstrated record of the recommended steps implementation;
— Experience as a Business Analyst of 3+ years, with 2+ years in IT;
— Expertise in writing technical documents and describing tasks for developers;
— Good knowledge of Atlassian instruments (Jira, Confluence) is a must; Power BI is a plus;
— Experience in collaboration with legal teams is a plus;
— Understanding privacy landscape (CCPA, COPPA, GDPR etc) — is a plus;
— Experience in AdTech/Programmatic/OpenRTB — is a huge plus;

Tasks:
— Translating business requirements into technical tasks for the tech team (in cooperation with the Project Manager);
— Reading technical specifications (from IAB or our partners) and create the tasks for technical team based on the specifications;
— Writing manuals/documentation/specifications for our internal use as well as our clients, organizing and keeping record for them in Confluence;
— Work on technical specifications for privacy frameworks in collaboration with legal and technical team;
— Making researches based on industry trends and providing the results in the easy-to-understand way with action items and practical implementation guidelines;
— Keeping track of industry changes and updates and initiating updates to our system to stay competitive and be among early adopters;
— Make analysis of the trends for our platform’s trading activity upon Business Team’s request, being able to use the numbers to find dependencies and outline the action items.
