LITSLINK is looking for a talented Junior Technical Recruiter ( AI/ML ) to enforce our team.

About you:
β€” Theoretical knowledge and experience with NLP/CV vacancies is a must;
β€” Theoretical knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies, as well as the desire to develop new related skills;
β€” Solid communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates;
β€” Organized and data-focused, with a strong attention to detail;
β€” Analytical mindset.

Will be a plus:
β€” Technical degree;
β€” AI Certificates ( Google, Coursera )

English skills ( B2+ ) enough to:
β€” Read/write/discuss technical requirements on tasks + check the English level of candidates;
β€” Clearly describe your experience and technical decisions based on it;
β€” Support small talks and technical/non-technical discussions.

Functions:
β€” Using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool for us; creating candidate longlists for searches;
β€” Maintaining up-to-date information on our talent networks for managerial and highly critical roles and developing an ongoing pool of candidates;
β€” Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS/CRM.
