Senior BA/Business Analyst Lead

We are looking for a Business analyst Lead to join our team!

Required skills:
5 years of work experience in BA sphere
experience in the development of the BA community of the company
desire to share experience and knowledge
skills in leading and motivating a team of analysts, the ability to resolve conflicts and build productive working relationships within the team and with external stakeholders
knowledge of English level - Intermediate +

Would be a plus:
experience with Creatio
experience in automating business processes
knowledge of SQL
experience in the banking, telecommunications or service domain

Tasks and responsibilities:
participate in commercial projects: manage the process of collecting requirements, plan the work of a Business analyst on the project, estimate the labor costs of the Business analyst, design solutions on the platform, control the quality of project solutions, verify the documentation of analysts
participate in development projects: implementation of development projects of the BA Department, preparation of training and workshops, making changes in processes, etc.
participation in PPO and preparation of project evaluation
development of a team of business analysts (professional and financial growth)
participation in the selection and onboarding of employees
management of employee expectations
assessment of the employee's work quality
formation of an individual employee development plan
