IT Sales manager (offline)

Requirements:
— Previous experience in an IT field as a Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager
— At least an upper-intermediate or above the level of English — you will communicate with the clients on a daily basis
— A notion of different sales platforms and techniques (eg. Upwork, Linkedin, Clutch, etc)
— Proven record of closed / successful cases in B2B
— Strong business communication and problem-solving skills are a necessity
— Solid knowledge of EU and US market
— Attention to detail and ability to prioritize

Will be an advantage:
— Knowledge of E-commerce, SaaS projects, and affiliate marketing
— Experience in building a sales process that lands deals every time!
— Expertise in developing/ managing sales department

Responsibilities:
— Conducting a seven-stage sales cycle: from finding leads to concluding a deal
— Analyze requests from potential customers on key platforms and prepare proposals of our services
— Ability to find projects that align with different technology stack
— Maintain relationships with the clients and ensuring their retention
— Build selling funnels and processes
— Coordinate the sales process internally and act as a point of contact between clients and the company’s stakeholders
— Generate ideas and strategies based on data-driven insights and recommendations
— Analyze new market trends, business opportunities, and market segments
— Assess potential partnership prospects
— Increase brand awareness in European / US markets
— Collaborate closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure clients’ satisfaction with the company’s service
— Research competitors and learn how to stay ahead of the competition to recruit and keep new customers
