Responsibilities:
- Linkedin lead generation process management;
- High-quality written communication with leads;
- Campaigns reports creation;
- Campaigns analysis and recommendations;
- Daily work with the database;
- Campaigns results in regular tracking and monitoring;
- Campaigns optimization recommendations;
- A/B testing.

Requirements:
- Has P2P lead generation experience (ideal option);
- Knows how to work with Clickup;
- Has proficient LinkedIn user experience;
- English at the B1-B2 level (no exceptions here).

As a huge plus:
- Understanding the digital marketing basics (what is and how does the marketing funnel work, target audience, call to action, etc.);
- Soft skills: effective communication, flexibility (in work processes), creative thinking, ability to accept, work with feedback and attention to detail;
- Endurance to monotonous work, stress resistance and perseverance;
- Experienced PC user (ability to find and use information in Google or web platforms);
- Experience with CRM systems (PipeDrive, Hubspot, etc.).

Interview stages:
- HR interview (30 minutes);
- Technical interview (1 hour).
