### Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mobile and web application design, with specific experience in banking applications. This role demands a creative individual who is adept at wireframing, discussing product ideas with clients, and contributing to marketing materials, branding, and logo design. The UX/UI Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing our product's user experience and interface, making it intuitive, engaging, and accessible to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, focusing on mobile apps and web applications.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to gather insights for design improvements.
- Utilize modern Design Systems such as Flowbyte, and familiar classics like Material Design, to enhance and streamline the design process.
- Participate in client discussions, understanding their needs and translating them into design concepts and prototypes.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives by assisting with the design of marketing materials, branding, and logo design.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on mobile and web apps, particularly in the banking sector.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in wireframing tools Figma and FigJam and a solid grasp of design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- A strong ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
- Experience with creating and using design systems to facilitate the design process.
- A plus if you have experience assisting with marketing materials, branding, and logo design.

We are a boutique development agency that specialises in web and mobile development for startups and enterprises.We work with both young, well-funded startups as well as enterprises to deliver full-cycle development services starting from defining product goals and roadmap and finishing by deploying solutions and handing over projects to in-house teams.
The company was founded in 2017, consists of 29 people and delivered more than 20 projects to clients from Sweden, Norway, US, Canada and Ireland. Some of the companies we have worked with include well-known European startups like Sana Labs, Depict.ai, Shoptagr, Naava and more.
From 2020 we have switched to a remote-first approach and since have hired people for all over Poland.
