Account manager (b2b, US market) (offline) $1000-1500

Main Objective:
Maintain clients (accordingly, maintain current MRR)

Areas of Responsibility:
- Onboarding new clients to the product
- Organizing active client support (quick responses within 15 minutes during working hours)
- Organizing proactive client support (managing the client like a Project Manager, achieving goals within the client's company with our help)
- Content management of client materials

Expected Outcome:
All clients who enter the LMS product are retained and actively use the platform by the third month of operation.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service for B2C or B2B.
- Ability to work in the US time zone (this is not easy, from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM Ukraine time).
- Excellent communication skills and extroversion.
- Independence, goal-oriented, and responsibility.
- English B2 level (but not less than B1).
