HR Business Partner (offline)

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture, driving performance, and developing our workforce. Your strategic thinking and proactive approach will support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies in line with business objectives.
- Lead talent management processes including pre-onboarding, onboarding, development, and performance review.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Develop various policies
- Plan and execute OKR setting to align individual performance with company goals.
- Structure organizational design and job leveling to ensure clear career pathways and equitable salary benchmarks.
- Manage budget planning for HR initiatives, compensation, and benefits to align with financial constraints and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with management to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics to guide business decisions and measure HR effectiveness.

Requirements:

- At least 4 years of experience in an HR business partner or similar strategic HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, industry best practices, and legal compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven HR analysis.
- Experience working with employees in the United States and Europe, with a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations in these regions.
- Experience with Papaya Global will be plus
- Proficiency in English at least at the Upper Intermediate level.
