Product Manager (offline)

Candidate Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant field is required.
Possession of 3 or more years of experience in product management roles, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering SaaS and/or consumer-facing products.
Proficiency in analytical skills, including experience in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and employing user research methodologies.
Familiarity with working on APIs, SDKs, and integrating third-party services into software products.
Exceptional communication abilities, encompassing effective collaboration with diverse teams, adeptness in conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders, and advocating for customer perspectives.

Desirable Qualifications:

Proficiency with Web3 technologies such as blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), and smart contracts, alongside a keen interest in exploring their potential applications.
Understanding of AI principles and machine learning algorithms, coupled with a demonstrated enthusiasm for utilizing AI to enrich product functionality and user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to establish a product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Perform market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to discern user requirements and pain points, translating findings into actionable product specifications.
Prioritize feature development by considering impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment, and oversee prompt delivery through agile methodologies.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of features, APIs, and third-party services.
Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), user engagement metrics, and feedback channels to iteratively enhance product functionality and user experience.
Remain informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes in Web3, SaaS, and AI fields, evaluating their potential influence on company's product strategy.
