Essential Expertise:
- 2+ years of digital marketing or email marketing experience
- Proficiency in tracking, measuring, and reporting on the results of email marketing campaigns to determine ROI
- Experience in marketing automation and content management systems
- Knowledge of HTML
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to select actionable insights from data

Key Contributions:
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and designers to set tasks for the design and content team
- Code HTML and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
- Ensure clarity in messages/emails through proofreading for grammar and spelling errors
- Identify the company’s target audience and develop marketing strategies for all channels (push notifications, SMS, email, messenger, etc.)
- Demonstrate proficiency in email marketing tools such as GetResponse, YESPO, and Esputnik
- Implement advanced segmentation strategies to deliver personalized content to diverse audience segments
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Generate leads through created email databases and sales revenue reports based on email marketing campaigns
- Conduct A/B tests on various elements to optimize email content, subject lines, and content
