Senior IT Analyst (FinTech/Poland) (offline)

Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a Senior IT Analyst for a leading European universal bank. As an IT Analyst, you will play a key role in actively contributing to the collaboration between business and IT to create fintech digital solutions.

Areas of Responsibility
Cooperating with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions
Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements
Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
Being responsible for requirements documentation (inc. use cases) and quality improvement
Supporting testers and developers in the team and hub

Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Analyst
Knowledge of the banking sector and payments domain
A strong foundation in technical concepts allowing to understand technical documentation and act as an intermediary between technical and business teams
Profound understanding of the payments and card industry, underpinned by strong business acumen
Demonstrated experience in User Interface (UI) design and prototyping is essential
Proven expertise in Process Modeling
Comprehensive knowledge of Data Mapping and Migration is critical, as these skills are central to the project’s success
Familiarity with the agile way of working and its methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban)
Experience of using Jira and Confluence
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and familiarity with international collaboration with different stakeholder groups

Will be an advantage
Transaction flow experience in the card domain
Practical experience with SQL
