Junior HR (offline)

We are only considering candidates from Kyiv due to the occasional need to come to the office

Skills:
1. Preferably 6 months of experience in IT (previous experience as a Recruiter/HR is a plus)
2. Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, calendars
3. Understanding of the IT market
4. Basic understanding of event planning and coordination
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Good problem-solving skills
7. At least Intermediate English level

Responsibilities:
1. Team operations: communication with the team, scheduling calls, working with reports, purchasing equipment
2. Working with contractors, suppliers, and courier services
3. Assisting in organizing corporate events, team-building activities, and charitable projects
4. Onboarding support and document management
5. Posting vacancies, processing feedback, providing feedback to candidates, interview scheduling
6. HR Projects Support & Participation
