ASO Manager (offline)

We are XCommission team, young and ambitious company. We are a part of a large holding that has been successfully creating popular products in the fields of affiliate marketing and IT for more than 6 years.
For now our company has grown enough so it’s time to start developing in the App Store Optimization. That’s why we are looking for an experienced ASO manager who specializes in promoting IOS applications.
It’s important for us:
– Experience as an ASO manager in the iGaming vertical (2 years or more);
– Experience of working with iIncentive (Motivated) traffic, including buying on various stock exchanges (2 years or more);
– Experience with different GEOs (mostly Tier-1) (2 years or more);
– Ability to work with traffic analysis systems (Asomobile / Asodesk) (2 years or more);
– Ability to get around store restrictions to publish applications and receive traffic;
– Experience of working with analytics systems;
– Ability to work with the developer console on the App Store platform;
– Experience of working with the product, designers, development and copywriting departments;
– The level of English language proficiency – B2 or higher;
– Mathematical mind: work is based on numbers and data analysis.
It will be your advantage:
– Knowledge of A/B testing tools;
– Knowledge of the process/experience of farming consoles;
– The presence of the portfolio (It would be great if you attached it to your resume or cover letter).
The main tasks will be:
– Developing the ASO iGaming in the company and organization of the full work cycle;
– Developing a strategy for promoting applications in stores, formulating growth hypotheses and testing them. Working with reviews and ratings;
– Researching competitors' strategies, including semantics and visual solutions;
– Collecting the key phrases. Formation of a semantic core, selection of keywords, formulation of titles and descriptions of applications during the text optimization;
– Creation and optimization of application cards;
– Formation of technical task for the design and development departments;
– Promoting the applications to the top 1-2 for high-frequency, branded keywords, including work with motivated traffic to raise the application in search results;
– Conducting A/B testing: different options for icons, descriptions and other content, analysis of the impact of these changes on conversion;
– Analysis of ASO metrics and work on improving the efficiency;
– Record-keeping.
Description of the work process:
– ASO manager, together with the Head of Media Buying, generates tasks and sets deadlines for them;
– ASO manager decomposes, distributes tasks by priority, controls completing the tasks;
– ASO manager requests feedback on tasks from Head of Media Buying;
If there are gonna be any questions about the task, the Head of Media Buying will help answer them.
ASO manager will interact with the Media Buying team, Tech and HR departments.
