Strong Junior Lead Generation Manager (Upwork) (offline)

The Cieden team is looking for a person in the sales department. We are looking for an expert who not only knows how to generate leads on Upwork, but also understands that it is a real art. We need someone who not only knows how to write an attractive proposal, but also knows how to build the perfect profile that will instantly attract attention. Our ideal candidate doesn't just maintain Upwork accounts, they have an absolutely in-depth understanding of the platform.

Job requirements:
- From 6 months of work experience in a similar position;
- Excellent English, both written and spoken (minimum level B2);
- Experience in lead generation on Upwork and maintaining Upwork accounts;
- Strong communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Proactive position, unstoppable desire to grow professionally and learn new things; (after English, this is the main component by which we will choose you:)
- Knowledge and experience using various lead-generation tools;
- Ability to continuously optimize the lead generation process by implementing new ideas, technologies, and strategies;
- Ability to report on lead generation results, including key performance indicators and recommendations for further improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new potential clients through the Upwork platform;
- Lead generation on other job platforms (Dribble, Behance);
- Interacting with the marketing department to determine the best lead generation strategies;
- Collect and analyze data on the performance of various lead generation campaigns to determine the best approaches and strategies;
- Maintaining and updating the customer database in the CRM system, tracking interactions with customers and potential customers;
- Testing various lead generation methods and tools to find optimal solutions and improve results;
- Improve your knowledge and skills in the field of lead generation.
