Lead Generation Manager (offline)

Dynamica Labs (Microsoft Gold Partner) is looking for a motivated Lead Generator to join our growing team. We are looking for enthusiastic, innovative, result-oriented professionals with deep commitment to success.
The Lead Generator will take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximize the potential from each connection with an excellent communication manner and upbeat outlook.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To act as an ambassador for the business.
- Will be responsible for introductory messages to companies or potential leads.
- To be responsible for making communication on a daily basis using data provided.
- To work closely with the CEO to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors. (Email/LinkedIn)
- To convert communication to new business leads.
- Meet and exceed KPIs
- To inform potential client's about our company, brand and services.
- To use company databases to gain potential leads.
- To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
- To input and maintain information onto the company CRM.
- To ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept.
- To assist with other departments as required

WILL BE A PLUS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience with Upwork

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of experience as a lead generator
- Great communication skills, including the ability to present and demonstrate technical information to stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate English because we work with foreign projects only.
- Ability to work independently
- A positive approach to objection handling is essential
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- A good knowledge of the following: Microsoft Office and associated systems, Google Sheets, Social Networking (LinkedIn)
