About the project:
Hey, we are a small startup called Porada. We want to change the way of sharing experience and skills improvement in small companies to improve companies’s vulnerabilities. The main idea for our site, as you know, is to give the ability to members to find different people by their main specification(skills\ work expr.\ services category\ language) go get some services from them.

Stage:
We are in the final stage where we already have an MVP, and we want to start making Marketing and Branding.

Job Type: 100+ h\month

Nice if you also may or want to do:
- relevant experience in social media marketing.
- Ability to work in various design and marketing apps.
- Manage all user-generated content via various digital tools.
- Ability to interact remotely with the team via PM tool.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Proficiency in the use of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Linkedin.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive takes initiative.
- Experience working and building relationships with bloggers, media companies, magazines. Ability to build strong media partnerships with minimum direction, negotiate the partnership fees.
- Manage influencer collaboration via digital tools.
- Agency, digital publishing and/or media buying experience optional).
- Deeply knowledgeable about social media marketing: experience running best-in-class social media campaigns, understanding of the rapidly changing social media landscape.
- Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns.
- Excellent skills Social Media advertising & analytics.
- Must have experience working with in-house creative/editorial teams and/or collaborating with external partners on innovative projects.
- Able to demonstrate a proven track record in project management. The candidate will have experience working with multiple teams while meeting deadlines.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

We are looking:

- experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

understanding in organic marketing

- You will be responsible for working day to day and trying new ideas in organic marketing. This means you will test ideas and work with designers to build one.

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will own our Organic Search function as well in order to drive leads into the marketing and sales funnel. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be a critical member of the Marketing team because they will be leading all organic search activities that drive organic traffic to our conversion points.

This person will leverage data to fuel our initiatives and collaborate with other team members to achieve our lead gen and customer acquisition goals.
