QA Engineer (iOS App) (offline) $2000-3500

Our client is a fast-growing, VC-funded gaming monetization platform offering skill-based wagering (player v player) across an in-house library of different mobile games and providing SDKs to other mobile game developers.

The QA engineer will be primarily responsible for writing tests for the iOS application, focusing on front-end.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and test cases for the front-end of the iOS mobile gaming application.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues.
- Write clear and detailed bug reports, track issues, and verify fixes.
- Perform regression testing to maintain the stability of the application across different releases.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to QA testing for mobile applications.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, specifically working on iOS mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with writing test cases for front-end applications, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Proficiency in using testing tools for iOS testing.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience working remotely with a US team is a plus. You will be required to have 2-3 hours overlap with San Francisco for meetings and collaboration. Schedule is otherwise flexible and you will be trusted to manage your own time to complete assigned responsibilities.

The interview process will be:
- Initial Asynchronous Video Interview (15 min)
- Live Behavioral Interview (15 min)
- Live Technical Interview (60 min)
- Team and Cultural Fit Review (30 min)
