Digital Specialist (offline)

Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a Digital Specialist.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Development support and promotion of digital communication platforms
• Development of new tools, customization, adaptation and optimization of existing digital tools to increase the database
• Conducting a qualitative assessment of the use and implementation of digital solutions
• Participation in the development and implementation of effective communication campaigns, plans and programs, including the development of mechanics, design, technical implementation, formation of key goals and indicators.
• Prepare technical specifications for digital initiatives for key departments, suppliers and developers.
• Develop and implement marketing materials for E-com platforms.
• Expand E-com channels via LAS experience by defining key values for them.
• Optimization of the consumer journey map to ensure uninterrupted communication in all available Digital channels
• Prompt response to requests, providing information on the status of tasks and work performed.
• Leading the process of implementing changes on platforms together with third-party developers, including testing in three environments (staging, pre-prod, prod), processing comments and improvements

REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in digital marketing
• Drive for results, high commitment to get the best outcome.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Experience with analytics and ability to generate insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver under pressure of tight deadlines and multitasking.
• Well-developed technical skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Google Analytics).
• English – Upper Intermediate; Ukrainian– fluent.
• Sincere desire to further learn and grow professionally.
