Customer Support Specialist (evening shift) (offline)

Our mission — to change the approach to learning and optimise the existing educational system. We have been doing this for over 7 years and one of our projects it’s creation of a new unique platform that helps transform the educational process.

We’re hiring a Support Manager to assist users on our educational platform. Your role is crucial in ensuring user satisfaction and success. You’ll primarily handle inquiries, maintain excellent communication, and help students and educators. The youth is the hope of our future!

This is a night shift role (working hours connected to US timezone!)

What to do:

- Respond professionally to users inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve issues and provide clear information to enhance the user experience
- Exhibit strong written and verbal English communication
- Maintain a friendly and approachable manner while assisting users
- Help users navigate the platform and utilize its resources effectively
- Writing documentation and user guides

Requirements:

- Excellent English language skills (B2 minimum)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy with a passion for education
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
