Junior Recruiter (offline)

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter/HR assistant to join our team and help us to grow, and find the right talents for the right projects.

Required skills:

Upper-Intermediate English+
0,5+ years of experience in managing recruitment processes
High levels of influencing and communications skills
Experience with technical recruitment, a basic understanding of web and mobile technologies
Excellent prioritization and organization skills
Proactivity, problem ownership and result orientation
High energy levels, engaging personality with a positive attitude
Responsibilities:

Sourcing and screening candidates
Be responsible for engaging with candidates through several channels, attracting and hiring our future colleagues
Preparation and expansion of the candidate database
Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents, generate hiring reports
Participating in all HR processes of the company
