Marketing Manager / Head of marketing (offline) $1500-3000

Location - remote
Sometimes it will be necessary to have a business trip for a personal meeting in Madrid. Therefore, if the candidate is in Ukraine, he should be able to travel abroad.

Our candidate
Is prepared to develop and manage the company's marketing direction from scratch, taking into account the company's needs and wishes. He has experience working in the IT niche and with clients in Europe and the USA. The candidate is results-driven, proactive, and able to explain his proposals.
This key role involves partnering with the CEO to create, implement, assess, and enhance digital marketing strategies.

Responsibility:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively expand our customer base in Europe and the USA;
- Establish and refine marketing processes and practices;
- Develop inbound strategies and campaigns, selecting channels, crafting resonant messaging, and defining objectives and KPIs;
- Managing and planning marketing operations (SEO, content marketing, PPC) ensuring the stable and predictable flow of leads through marketing channels;
- Conduct thorough analysis of our new website from a marketing perspective. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates (updates, optimization, design, etc.);
- Monitor inbound marketing campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement;
- Conducting industry research, trends analysis, and market segmentation;
- Engage in the process of lead nurturing to convert inquiries into qualified leads which become future SDR and sales opportunities;
- Oversee lead generation and prospecting, initiating contact and nurturing relationships for service interest;
​​- Strategic content planning for websites and blogs;
- Elevate and maintain our company’s brand across all platforms. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the IT or tech sector;
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies;
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing;
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar tools);
- Familiarity with design and presentation tools such as Figma;
- Upper-Intermediate English.
