Sales Manager/Hunter (only from USA)

Langate Software, a healthcare-focused and rapidly growing software development company, is looking for a part-time, experienced, and goal-oriented sales manager/hunter who is ready to hit the ground running, beat set targets, never settle, and consistently deliver above and beyond the expected.

Role requirements:
β€’ 6+ years of experience in selling custom software development services, preferably with a focus on the Healthcare domain.
β€’ Understanding of the SDLC process, development services, knowledge of the Healthcare domain and its specifics.
β€’ Experience and deep understanding of Microsoft suite of solutions, including how to leverage Azure capabilities in software products.
β€’ Possession of a well-established network of contacts in the relevant areas.
β€’ Experience in analyzing client requirements and recommending appropriate solutions.
β€’ Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage sales pipelines and time effectively.
β€’ Set ambitious goals and consistently achieve them.

Responsibilities:
β€’ Proactively look for new business from lead lists developed on your own and provided by the company.
β€’ Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the target industry and market.
Arrange and conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present company solutions.
β€’ Travel to meet clients in various regions, ensuring a strong presence in the target market.
β€’ Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand connections and build relationships with potential clients.
β€’ Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotes.
β€’ Work closely with the legal team to facilitate contract preparation and signing.
β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market development.
β€’ Use market insights to adapt strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
