Head of CRM

Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
- Make knowledge sharing between divisions;
- Address internal issues and clarification;
- Monitor and audit the performance of divisions in utilizing tools/approaches;
- Process and prioritize requests from divisions, as well as verifying new functionality;
- Develop a long-term growth strategy and enhancement plan;
- Work with the launch of New GEO's;
- Collaborate with external partners (contracts/payments/new partnerships);
- Manage, report, formulate requirements for new enhancements, and refine existing ones;
- Ready for relocation to Warsaw Hub.

We need your professional experience:
- At least 5+ years of experience working with CRM;
- Experience with different CRM-platforms (preferably self-written);
- Experience with CRM tools, proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, to effectively manage customer data and insights;
- Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM;
- Experience with gambling/betting is a must (b2c);
- Previous experience in telecom companies or banking will be a plus;
- Understanding of a technical part of CRM.
