Sales Manager / Lead Generation (offline)

Job Summary:
As Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will involve engaging with potential customers, actively seeking out new leads, and initiating communication to drive sales opportunities.

You must be
- Experience in Cold Outreach concepts and workflows
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform advanced and enhanced research
- Experienced in initiating and successfully maintaining the conversation
- Strong communication skills
- Have Π‘1 English level
- B2B sales experience

Nice to have
Experienced with CRMs (Hubspot, Pipedrive or similar)
Experienced with Google Spreadsheets
Experience with Outreach tools (Snov.io, Apollo, Reply.io, etc.)
Result-oriented with the understanding of KPI/OKRs and how they fit

Responsibilities (main):
- Cold calling (it’s main)
- Pre-sales process, lead qualification, needs, and objections handling, presenting
- Based on the received information (ICP, search criteria) search for leads using optimizing tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, Apollo, Snov.io, etc.)
- Actively approach companies to present services, via email and LinkedIn
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in Hubspot/NocodeDb (our own CRM), ensuring all communications are logged

Additional:
- Work with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline
- Set up email campaigns in the outreach platform and manage deliverability
- Finding new contacts in Apollo
- Cold outreach on LinkedIn
- Email campaigns (general and targeted)
