International IT company MintyMint is looking for a dedicated and attention to detail IT-Recruite. MintyMint creates successful and quality products for startups and businesses in the USA and EU.
Among our clients: one of the most famous real-estate investors in the USA, a subsidiary of Oxford University, cryptocurrency financial institutions and other well-known companies and brands.

Expectations from the candidate:
- experience of more than 1.5 year in the position;
- level of English from Intermediate and above (good written English);

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle of IT recruitment services
- Active search of candidates with the usage of different sourcing tools
- Support of candidates during whole interviewing process: CV editing, consulting, vacancies selection
- Communication and active collaboration with candidates
- Identifying, screening and interviewing in the suitable for the candidates way
- Negotiations on signing Job Offers and security agreements
- Identifying needs and identifying weaknesses of developers
- Working with objections
