Creative Marketing Manager

Join our team as a Creative Marketing Manager and embark on a journey of innovation and collaboration! You will have the opportunity to improve your analytical, creative and project management skills while working alongside experienced professionals. Dive into international markets (US, Tier-1) and use advanced tools like AI, ChatGPT and Midjourney to create engaging creatives.

In this role, you will:
- Analyze competitors' concepts to produce new ideas and provide creative inspiration to the design team
- Analyze our creatives, landing pages, assets, and other creative elements
- Analyze users, user funnels, and identify factors influencing success
- Analyze test results and enhance analytic reports with the analytics team
- Generate ideas for creative concepts
- Prototype and test concepts
- Conduct creative tests in advertising networks
- Provide feedback to UAM/designers/product teams
- Build a knowledge base and report on creative testing
- Coordinate the procurement of assets/video material from designers/agencies/influencers
- Contribute to the development and optimization processes for creative development and testing to achieve marketing department goals

It’s all about you:
- Minimum 8 months experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in market/competitor research and key marketing metrics (CPI, CTA, CTR, ROI)
- Experience with technical tasks for designers
- Familiarity with advertising platforms like Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok etc.
- Upper level of English proficiency or higher
- Ability to manage high workload and deadlines
- Proficient in quantitative/qualitative KPIs
- Motivated with a drive to tackle new challenges and projects
- Proactive in suggesting and implementing improvements
Willingness to learn and open to feedback
- Self-disciplined in organizing work processes and decision-making

Would be a plus:
- User Acquisition background
- Experience with mobile apps/web2app/web2web
