HR Generalist (offline)

Our core disciplines include digital marketing strategies, UX/UI solutions, modern front end code, CMS integration, and online marketing in the form of SEO and PPC.

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as HR Manager and minimum 1 year in IT recruiting
- Strategic Thinking with deep knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and strategies
- Ability to conduct personnel evaluation (performance review, score 360, eNPS, adaptation assessment, etc.)
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Manage process descriptions, SOPs positions, regular updating of the Knowledge Base
- Proactivity, responsibility, independence, empathy, desire to develop in field of Human Resources
- Upper-Intermediate English level

Duties:
- Full recruiting cycle (from 0 to 2 vacancies per month)
- Onboarding and offboarding processes
- Organizing corporate events
- Planning and conducting staff training sessions and activities
- Conducting 1-on-1 meetings, welcome, and exit interviews
- Creating and fostering corporate culture and processes
- Team management and leadership Implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
- Managing salary payments, SMART goals, and time reports
- Staying updated on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies
- Resolving conflict situations
