Mission:
The mission of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) manager is to be responsible for managing and optimizing the casino's interactions with its customers to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop promo mechanics and frameworks;
- Generate ideas and hypotheses based on data and transform them into actionable concepts;
- Analyze business metrics and user behavior to enhance customer acquisition and retention;
- Collaborate with providers, development teams, and designers;
- Provide technical integration support and maintain effective communication with partners.

Key skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in the Online Casino industry is required;
- Hands-on experience in B2C products is a must;
- Possess a business-centric mindset supported by logical and creative thinking;
- Proficient in evidence-based or data-driven decision-making;
- Familiarity with all casino mechanics, various promotional types, and a wide range of possible bonus types.
