Proficiency in Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, React.js, TypeScript, and Redis is a must

Project Description:
Our client, based in Miami, specializes in helping direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands re-engage customers who have disengaged from digital marketing channels, such as email, ads, and SMS. They achieve this by identifying churned or abandoned cart customers and sending them personalized direct mail, integrated with tools like Klaviyo and Shopify for attribution measurement.

The main goal of the project is to address the challenge of re-engaging customers through direct mail as a novel touchpoint. To achieve this, our client aims to enhance their existing product by:

Building client-facing applications
Automating back-office tasks
Expanding integrations with platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify
Potentially transitioning their backend from Python/Flask to Node.js
As part of their expansion plans, our client requires additional engineering capacity for both front-end and back-end development. This includes tasks such as building a testing suite, developing a product editor, and implementing additional API integrations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving these enhancements and ensuring the continued success of our client's product.
