Business System Analyst (offline) $2500-4000

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business System Analyst who has extensive experience working as an Analyst in IoT in the engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering processes and terminology, along with excellent communication skills in English. In addition to their expertise in the engineering field, the candidate should also be proficient in writing user stories and possess the ability to work independently, directly with the client.

Your qualification:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IoT in the engineering industry.
• Experience with tools Confluence, Jira, and Figma.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks and priorities.
• Experience working directly with clients and serving as a liaison between clients and development teams.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Evaluate current business processes within the engineering industry and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Write clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories based on gathered requirements, ensuring they meet the needs of both the client and the development team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing regular updates on project progress, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Work closely with the development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
