About the role:

We’re seeking a talented Senior Communications & PR Specialist to join our team and drive impactful internal and external communication strategies. As a Senior Communications & PR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s employer brand story and engaging our employees and external stakeholders. You’ll enjoy a flexible and collaborative working environment, where you can foster creativity and create communication materials that represent the company’s voice and resonate with our audience.

As a qualified expert You will

Manage internal communication channels to involve employees in strategic initiatives, increase awareness, and improve workplace satisfaction;
Develop internal content, including emails, newsletters, and blog posts, while also create external communication materials, such as articles or social media posts;
Contribute to Tone of Voice refinement and ensure consistent and high-quality communication material across all platforms;
Facilitate the collection of content from all stakeholders to create the material, conduct interviews with in-house experts to increase the credibility and quality of the content;
Drive quarterly All Hands calls end-to-end;
Engage employees around employer branding activations and create ambassadors of SPD Technology EVP;
Develop PR campaigns and media relations plans; seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising;
Address inquiries from the media and other parties;
Apply for and monitor employer branding and HR awards and ratings to increase the employer brand visibility and awareness;
Track media coverage and brand mentions, monitor and analyze PR & communications results;
Proofread and edit texts in both Ukrainian and English;

We’re looking for you if you have:

Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (at least Upper-Intermediate);
Proven experience in communications, particularly internal communications;
Familiarity with and understanding of various communication tools and platforms, such as intranets, internal letters, newsletters, blog posts, social media, and others;
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
Bonus points for a background in employer branding or content marketing;
Understanding of marketing and brand management would be a plus;
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with other departments and working as part of a team;
