Tech Recruiter (offline)
Location: Full Remote, From Anywhere
This is a bonus-based position, you will receive a bonus for each hire you make. The bonus range per hire is €1000 - €5000.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Recruiter to join our recruiters team. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent to meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Interact with potential candidates on social media, conduct an active search, and build the network to ensure pipeline upon demand.
- Screen resumes, and assess candidates' technical skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruiting.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidate inquiries.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the technology industry is a plus.
