Product Owner (offline)

Responsibilities:

β€” Development of the payment processing PSP ecosystem, including fiat, cryptocurrency, and multicurrency capabilities.
β€” Continuous enhancement of the product by adding new payment methods and services.
β€” Managing the company’s product throughout all stages of the operational cycle.
β€” Collaborating with stakeholders and partners to drive product development.
β€” Launching new transactional products in the European and Latin American (LATAM) markets.
β€” Creating plans and budgets for new products and modifications to existing ones.
β€” Participating in projects that impact product performance.
β€” Involvement in the software development life cycle (SDLC) process.
β€” Analyzing product effectiveness and identifying change needs.
β€” Cross-functional collaboration with design and technical teams to ensure timely and quality releases.
β€” Cooperating with the business to position the product effectively.
β€” Researching the market and user needs to discover new enhancement opportunities.

Requirements:

β€” Minimum of 3 years of experience in paytech/fintech sectors.
β€” English language proficiency at or above the Upper-Intermediate level.
β€” Understanding of card acquiring logic.
β€” Understanding of APM in the LATAM segment would be a significant advantage.
β€” Knowledge of transactional market needs.
β€” Negotiation skills and the ability to establish long-term relationships.
β€” Prioritization skills throughout all development stages.
β€” Effective problem identification and resolution.
β€” Strong interpersonal communication skills necessary for team leadership.
