Senior User Acquisition manager (International markets) (offline)
We are the GoIT team - an innovative IT academy and educational platform for adults and children, where they get up-to-date technical knowledge, develop soft-skills, and learn to work in team projects and find real friends!
We have more than 20 000 students in different countries. We also teach programming to students in Poland, Romania, Turkey, the USA and Mexico.
Our main product is an LMS (Learning Management System) application that allows automatic verification of student code and makes the online learning process gamified. In 2023, our LMS won the "Product of the Day" and "Product of the Week" awards on the international startup platform Product Hunt.
Currently, the company unites 600+ people and we have no plans to stop.
Therefore, our GoITeens team is looking for a Senior User Acquisition manager for the international markets.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating tasks for all marketing acquisition (Meta, influencers, SEO, mail marketing)
• Improvement and analytics of medium and long marketing funnels (webinars, auto webinars, live events)
• Development of technical tasks for a copywriter, designer
• Planning, setting, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns
• Testing and analysis of traffic segments
• Advertising testing and analysis
• Achieving the target indicators of lead generation in accordance with set goals
• Reporting and analytics
• Participation in determining the marketing budget and clear accounting
• Settings for analytics, pixels, CAPI
What's portant to us:
• Work experience in the field of digital marketing from 3 years
• Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level and above
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads (all tools + understanding of optimization algorithms)
• Deep understanding of medium and long marketing funnels ( webinars, online events)
• Proficiency in understanding SEO and mail marketing channels
• Experience working with budgets from $50,000 per month
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (at the goal setting level)
• Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Expert understanding of segmentations
• Understanding of end-to-end analytics and general understanding of attribution
• Experience in establishing a clear technical task for creating creatives
• Pay attention to numbers, notice anomalies and inconsistencies
• Analytical mindset
It will be a plus:
• Experience with traffic and understanding of the target audience of Turkey and South America (Mexico, Colombia, Chile)
• Professional education in the field of marketing/advertising
• Work experience in auditing, consulting
• Knowledge of basic statistical methods of AB-test calculations
• Work experience with:
• BI analytics (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Setting up contextual advertising (Google Ads, GDN), TikTok, Twitter
• CRM systems and chats
