Position Overview:

We are looking for the Assistant Media Buyer for our partners in the US (https://thetradingpub.com/).

The Assistant Media Buyer will be a pivotal part of our dynamic team, focusing on optimizing our affiliate program’s effectiveness. This role involves maintaining and enhancing partner relationships, assisting in campaign management, and ensuring the seamless operation of our affiliate network. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner Relationship Management:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with partners through regular, effective communication.

Address partner needs promptly, providing new copy and catering to special requests to ensure partner satisfaction.

- Campaign and Funnel Management:

Assist in the development and optimization of marketing funnels, ensuring efficiency and performance.

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of partner shared spreadsheets, enhancing collaborative efforts.

Aid in the generation and testing of links, ensuring they are accurately integrated into our systems.

Support the creation and integration of follow-up sequences in our marketing optimization tool (Opti), contributing to the seamless execution of campaigns.

- Data Management and Reporting:

Regularly update and maintain accurate statistics, including LeadGen reports and individual partner sheets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

Assist in the allocation and optimization of traffic for the month, ensuring optimal campaign performance.

- Quality Assurance:

Diligently monitor and test new funnels, proactively identifying and flagging any errors or discrepancies.

Collaborate closely with the team to ensure all aspects of the affiliate program function smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

- At least B2 level of spoken English.

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, media buying, or a similar role.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

- Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools and platforms, including experience with link generation and funnel optimization.

- Keen attention to detail with a problem-solving attitude.
