Marketing Specialist (В2С) (offline)

A dynamic and friendly team is looking for a new team member! We’re in search of a Marketing Specialist (В2С) to join our Training Center team and help promote our QA and English language courses.

The QATestLab training center is a specialized educational initiative launched by QATestLab, aimed at fostering and popularizing the software testing profession in Ukraine and beyond. Our experts have developed comprehensive training programs to share theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for excelling in the QA field.

What you’ll be doing:
Work with analytics and advertising tools
Take responsibility for the training center website
Manage social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram)
Cooperate with the design team
Develop and implement a marketing strategy

To succeed, you need:
3 years of experience in B2C marketing
Proficiency in setting up and running advertising campaigns in Google and Meta platforms
Understanding of analytics and integration with advertising tools
Aspiration to seek an individual approach to tasks and contribute with own ideas
English proficiency at an oral level of B1+
