Talent Researcher (offline)

Flyer One Ventures — is an early-stage venture capital firm which invests in startups from Europe and North America. Our team is based in Portugal, Poland, Ukraine and other European countries. After we invest in startups, we help them with digital marketing, recruiting, PR, business development, preparation to fundraising and fundraising itself.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Talent Researcher, who will work closely with our portfolio companies to hire the best talents for their team.

What you will do:

- create and execute various talent attraction and sourcing strategies to support the talent acquisition team;
- build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms;
- leverage the CRM/talent pools to engage with passive talent and convert them into candidates;
- suggest improvements and add value to the talent acquisition process at all stages;
- prepare analytics for weekly status meetings with the hiring manager;
prepare market research.

About you:

- previous experience in active candidate search, ideally gained within a product company, recruitment agency or RPO environment, at least 1 year;
- practical knowledge of active sourcing tools and techniques, experience finding candidates directly using a variety of different sources;
- understanding of different types of companies, and how they operate;
experience in recruiting non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc);
- excellent communication skills in English - B2;

We invest at Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A stages. Our average check is $500k, but we can go as low as $100k and as high as $2M. We usually do not lead and do not participate in rounds alone.
